Post-production
What separates this from a standard walkthrough
Signature Video is a different production from the ground up — not Standard Video with more effects added on top. It is shot differently: sliders, multiple focal lengths, and dedicated detail shots planned around how each frame will be used in the edit. The walkthrough lens stays on the shelf. What happens in post is built on that foundation.
- Shot with the edit in mind. Sliders give controlled, cinematic movement. Multiple focal lengths — wide establishing, mid compression, tight detail — are selected to serve the cut, not captured and figured out later. Every clip has a purpose before it is filmed.
- VFX and motion graphics. Motion-tracked text anchored to surfaces in the space, map animations, infographics, and animated callouts — built to draw attention to what matters without interrupting the footage. The same techniques used in commercial advertising.
- Sound engineering and sound design. Music selection, mixing, and sound design are treated as part of the edit — not an afterthought. Audio and visuals are built together so the final piece holds as a complete experience, not just footage with a track underneath it.
- Signature transitions. Custom sequences between scenes built around the subject and the brand — not generic cuts or template fades. They give the edit a coherent visual identity that carries across every platform the video lands on.
Workflow
A collaborative process, not a black box
Because Signature Video is a custom production, the workflow includes a structured Draft Check before the final render. You see the structure of the video before the heavy processing is applied — giving you a real opportunity to direct the outcome, not just react to a finished file.

Shoot Day
Interior and exterior footage captured with cinema cameras, sliders, and multiple focal lengths. Detail shots are planned and captured with the edit in mind — not improvised in post. Shot list built around the project's key features and your goals.

Rough Assembly
Footage is cut to pace, VFX and motion graphic positions are roughed in, and the structure of the edit takes shape. Sound design references are placed. Heavy processing is intentionally held back — the goal here is a clear, directable structure.

Draft Check
You receive the structural draft for review — pacing, text callouts, layout, and feature highlights. Any directional changes are made at this stage, before the final render pass. No surprises at delivery.

Final Production
VFX, motion graphics, sound engineering, and signature transitions are applied to the approved cut. Full colour grade and licensed music score finalized. Final formats delivered within 5 days of the shoot.

Before the final render pass, you receive a structural draft showing the pacing, text callout placements, and layout of the video. This is the stage to redirect anything — a feature you want highlighted differently, a room sequence you want reordered. Changes made here cost nothing extra. Changes requested after the final render do.
